    Estamos aqui com mais um grande jogador lá do outro lado do mundo! Aquele que ganhou o Majestix no começo do ano usando Super Skrull, Brother Voodoo, STAR Lab Technician e Blind Al! Aaron Cantu!

1. What is your name and your nick in Hcrealms?
   Qual seu nome e seu nick no Hcrealms?
       My name is Aaron Cantu. On HCRealms I go by The_Atom.

2. When, where and with who you started to play Heroclix?
   Quando, onde e com quem você começou a jogar heroclix?
   
   
       I started playing Heroclix in late 2003. I was in my first year of college and had long periods of time in between classes. I would kill time by visiting a nearby comic store. I became friends with a few of the guys there and saw them playing a game with Spider-Man. That immediately caught my attention because I was a big fan of the cartoon in the 90's. My good friend, Walt DeNatale helped me get my collection started and taught me to play.
   
   
   PT: Comecei a jogar Heroclix no final de 2003. Eu estava no primeiro ano da escola e tinha grandes periodos entre as aulas. Eu matava tempo visitando uma loja de comics proxima. Eu fiz amizade com alguns caras lá e vi eles jogam um jogo com o Homem-Aranha. Aquilo imediatamente chamou minha atenção, pois eu sou um grande fan do desenho dos anos 90. Meu bom amigo Walt DeNatale me ajudou a começar minha coleção e me ensinou a jogar.
   
   
3. How you would describe Heroclix? 
   Como você descreveria o heroclix?
   
   
       I, as well as others, have equated Heroclix to “chess with superheroes.” That's a pretty intimidating thing to hear sometimes, so I also just tell people it is a dice game that you play on a map with comic book characters.
   
   
   
   PT: Eu, bem como os outros, tenho considerado Heroclix como "xadrez com super heróis". Isso é meio intimidador de se ouvir as vezes, então eu apenas digo que é um jogo de dado que você joga em um mapa com personagens de histórias em quadrinhos.
   
   
4. What is your game style? 
   Qual seu estilo de jogo?
   
   
       This is a really interesting question. I don't know if I would say I have any ONE style. I try to be a well rounded player. I can play deliberately and carefully, but I do find myself going for the total victory (sometimes causing me to beat myself). Most recently, I have been playing very defensively in competitive environments, while playing hyper-aggressively in casual environments. I would say I am a “Jack of all Trades” player with a strength in team building.
   
   
   
   
   PT: Isso é uma pergunta realmente interessante. Eu não sei se eu diria que eu tenho qualquer estilo. Eu tento ser um jogador balanceado. Eu posso jogar deliberadamente e cautelosamente, mas eu posso me encontrar indo para o tudo ou nada ( as vezes causando eu derrotar a mim mesmo). Mais recentemente eu tenho jogado bem defensivo no ambiente competitivo, e jogando hiper agressivo em partidas casuais, eu diria que sou um jogador coringa/canivete suíço com força em construção de time.
   
   
5. What were your main achievements?
   Qual suas maiores conquistas?
       I placed in the top 16 of the first large event I played in at Wizard World Los Angeles back in 2005. Since then I have made top 16 in events like Wonder Con cash event in 2010, and I have had many top 16 finishes in the ROC format beginning all the way in 2013 to the current date. I got my first big event win this year at the Majestix ROC Regional in January and since was top 16 at the World Championships singles and top 6 in the 3v3 World Championships.
   
   
   PT: Eu fiquei em 16 no primeiro grande evento que joguei na Wizard World Los Angeles em 2005. Desde então fiquei no top 16 de eventos como Wonder Con Cash em 2010, e tive diversos top 16 em ROCs desde 2013 até hoje. Minha primeira grande vitória foi esse ano ganahndo o Majestix ROC Regional em janeiro, e o top 16 no World Championship Single e o top 6 o 3x3 World Championship.
   
   
6. Do you think Heroclix its “pay to win”? 
   Você acha que heroclix é "pay to win"?
   
   
       I think the game is what you want to make of it. Sure, having “high end” figures can be an advantage, but the game is designed to be played in multiple facets. I took a very expensive (but fun) team to an event and went 0-3 in AVX month 1. In the next month, I played a team of only CUR figures and demolished my opponents. A strong player, with a solid build, will always have an advantage, in my eyes.
   
   
   
   
   
   PT: Eu acho que o jogo é oque você quer fazer dele. Claro, jogando com figuras "avançadas" pode ser uma vantagem, mas o jogo é desenhado para ser jogado em múltiplas facetas. Eu levei um caríssimo time(porem divertido) para um evento de Avengers vs X-men e fiz 0-3. No mês seguinte joguei com um time apenas com figuras CUR e demoli meus oponentes. Um jogador forte, com uma construção sólida, sempre vai ter a vantagem.
   
   
7. Do you think its an “expensive” hobby? 
   Você considera um hobbie caro?
   
   
       Not compared to similar “gaming” hobbies. You can literally buy complete CUR for less than $40 U.S. and never run out of new things to play. 
   
   
   PT: Não comparado a hobbies de jogos similares. Você pode comprar um CUR completo por menos de $40,00 dólares e nunca ficar sem coisas novas para jogar.
   
   
8. There’s any remarkable match you remember? 
   Alguma partida memorável que você se lembra?
   
   
       I played in a local tournament one time against a younger guy named Garrett. In this match, I played King Thor and he had a team with Midnighter, Apollo, and some other figures. I remember him rolling out of 13 attacks in a row between impervious and super senses. It was insane! Those kind of matches can be fun and infuriating (in a funny way). I loved it! 
   
   
   
   PT: Eu joguei um torneio local uma vez contra um jogador mais novo chamado Garrett. Na partida eu joguei de King Thor ele com um time com Midnighter, Apollo, e  algumas outras figuras. Eu me lembro dele desviando de 13 ataques em entre trocado impervious e super senses. Foi insano! Esses tipos de partidas podem ser divertidades e irritantes(de forma divertida). Eu amei!
   
   
9. Do you have plans to come to Brazil? 
   Você tem planos de vir para o Brazil?
      I would love to go to Brazil one day to watch a large sporting event like a UFC event. Unfortunately, I do not travel nearly as much as I would like and I don't know how possible it will be for me to make it down there.
   
   
   
   PT: Eu amaria ir para o Brasil um dia assistir algum grande evento esportivo como UFC. Infelizmente eu não viajo tanto quanto eu gostaria e não sei como será possível para mim ir até ai.
   
   
10. Do you have any favorite figure? 
    Você tem alguma peça favorita?
        My favorite figure of all time is Cosmic Justice LE The Atom. Stealth, 20 defense, perplex, JLA team ability, and 6 clicks of life for 50 points is ridiculous, even in today's game.
    
    PT: Minha figura favorita de todos os tempos é o The Atom LE da coleção Cosmic Justice. Stealth, defesa 20, perplex, JLA TA e 6 clicks de vida por 50 pontos é ridículo, até para os dias de hoje.
    
    
11. What you Think of the current meta?
    Oque você acha do meta atual?
        I think that up until the release of Nick Fury, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. that it was very diverse. Now, with the ease of use of SR Nick Fury, and his amazing power set, it has started to turn toward him. Some players are trying to break the mold, but sometimes odds are stacked against you, when you try that.
    
    
    
    PT: Eu acho que até o lançamento de Nick Fury, Angets of S.H.I.E.L.D ele era muito diversificado. Agora com o surgimento do Nick Fury Super Raro e sua impressionante combinação de poderes, o meta começou a virar em direção a ele. Alguns jogadores estão tentando quebrar o formato, mas as vezes a sorte está contra você quando você tenta isso.
    
    
12. Any advice for the new players? 
    Algum conselho para os novos jogadores?
    
    
        Don't be afraid to enter tournaments. I often hear new players say they are intimidated by “competitive players.” From my own experience, I have had more un-enjoyable experiences from “casual players” than from “competitive players.”Entering tournaments is a good way to learn the rules and get an idea of what sorts of figures and power combinations are out there, as well as expand your collection. Also, ask questions when there is something you don't understand or if you want to know what you could have done different/better. My local group has been really focused on helping each other grow and improve lately, and this helps foster a fun AND competitive environment in a very casual way.
    
    
    PT: Não tenha medo de entrar em torneios, diversas vezes eu escuto jogadores novos dizendo que são intimidados por jogadores competitivos. E da minha própria experiencia, eu tenho mais experiências ruins com jogadores casuais do que com jogadores competitivos. Entrar em torneios é uma boa maneira de aprender as regras e ter uma ideia das combinações de figuras e as combinações de poderes que tem por ai, ao mesmo tempo que você aumenta sua coleção. Também, pergunte quando tiver algo que você não entendeu ou que você gostaria de saber oque você poderia ter feito de diferente ou melhor. Meu grupo local é realmente focado em ajudar um ao outro a crescer e melhorar, e isso melhora a criar diversão e o ambiente competitivo de uma forma bem casual.
