2.     When, where and with who you started to play heroclix?
            Quando, onde e com quem você começou a jogar heroclix?
   
   
     I’ve been playing since the very first set when my dad got some boosters for us. We only played around the house though. I’ve been playing competitively since Infinity Gauntet.
   
   
   PT: Tenho jogado desde o primeiro set quando meu pai comprou alguns boosters para nós. Nós jogávamos apenas ao redor de casa. Eu venho jogando competitivamente desde Infinity Gauntlet.
   
   
3.    How you would describe heroclix?
      Como você descreveria heroclix?  
   
   
   That’s a tough question haha. Chess with superpowers of course comes to mind.
   
   
   PT: Essa é uma pergunta difícil haha. O que vem a minha mente é Xadrez com superpoderes é claro.
   
   
4.    What is your game style?
      Qual seu estilo de jogo?  
   
   
   Personally, I like figures that can withstand heavy damage and still fight back. I want to win a war of attrition.
   
   
   PT: Pessoalmente, eu gosto de peças que conseguem aguentar alto dano e ainda lutar de volta. Eu gosto de ganhar uma guerra de atrito.
   
   
5.        What were your main achievements?
   Quais são suas maiores conquistas?
    Winning the 2015 Heroclix World Championship xD. I also won the Arkansas state ROC and have numerous high finishes, but nothing compares to Worlds.
   
   
   PT: Ganhar o mundial de Heroclix de 2015 xD. Eu tambem venci o ROC de Arkansas e tive diversas boas colocações em outros torneios, mas nada se compara ao Worlds.
   
   
6.        Do you think heroclix its “pay to win”?
     Você acha que heroclix é "pay to win"?
   
    Definitely not. Not only are there many good figures that are cheap, but you can often borrow a figure from someone else if you want to use it for a tournament. Even if you feel like you have to have a certain expensive figure to win, it’s not like card games where you need 3-4 copies of that expensive card along with 3-4 copies of several other expensive cards.
   
   PT: Definitivamente não. Não apenas diversas boas figuras são baratas, mas você sempre pode pegar emprestado uma peça de alguém se quer utiliza-la em um torneio. Até mesmo se você sente que tem que ter certa peça cara para vencer, não é igual diversos card games onde você precisa de 3~4 cópias daquela cara junto com outras cartas caras que você também precisa ter 3~4.
7.        Do you think its an “expensive” hobby?
    Você acha que é um hobby caro?
    It can be. If you are a completionist and wish to fill out every set and collect every figure it can get very expensive. If you wish to play casually, or skip some sets, or only buy some boosters and a few singles you need, it’s not that expensive especially compared to other hobbies.
   
   PT: Ele pode ser, se você é um tem que completar tudo, e deseja ter todos os sets e colecionar todas as figuras ele pode ser muito caro. Se você quer jogar casualmente ou pular alguns sets, ou apenas comprar alguns boosters e poucas avulsas que você precise. não é caro, especialmente comparado a outros hobbies.
   
   
8.        There’s any remarkable match you remember?
     Tem alguma partida memorável que você se lembre?
   
      Oh, there’s tons. The first, most recent one that comes to mind is my top 8 match at Worlds with Kennie Peña. He had Fantomex with Proselyte, Bill Agent of A.I.M., Faust, and an Indigo Battery; I had Spiral with Parallax, Faust with Entity, 30 pt Loki from Fear Itself, and Phoenix Force on Faust and Spiral. He went first and picked the Blackgate Prison map. He made used Bill’s carry power to deal him 1 damage.  I rolled good with Faust so that he couldn’t do anything except close combat actions and moved up. He rolled a good power with Faust but couldn’t use it as he couldn’t take free actions. Next turn I rolled another good power with Faust and then I hit Fantomex with Faust and Pulse Waved his Faust with Spiral to kill Faust, and both did Energy Explosion damage from the Phoenix Force to kill Bill as well. At this point I started feeling confident. Then he made EVA with the action he could do, put a construct on her so she gained Support, and used Heart Of Compassion from Proselyte to heal Fantomex back up to I believe click 2. Next turn I did not roll well with Faust and had to clear. He picked Pulse Wave from Proselyte and Pulse Waved Spiral off the edge (which I did not see coming) and knocked her to last click (he rolled an 11 too, and a crit would have killed her). That’s when I started regretting my confidence. I might be jumbling a few turns together here, but next I based his Fantomex with Loki, he killed Loki, And then I pushed Spiral to death to Pulse Wave (from the clicked up Phoenix Force) Fantomex, and I rolled an inconsequential crit hit to kill him and end the game with only Faust left. Definitely one of the funnest, toughest games I’ve ever had against one of the best players in the world. 
   
   
   PT: Existem milhares delas. A primeira e a que mais recentemente vem a minha mente foi  a partida do top 8 do mundial contra Kennie Peña. Ele tinha Fantomex com Proselyte, Bill Agent of A.I.M, Felix Fausto, e bateria índigo. Eu tinha Spiral com Parallax, Felix Faust com Entity e o Loki de 30pts da Fear Itself, com recurso Phoenix Force noo Felix Faust e na Spiral. Ele começou  escolheu o mapa Blackgate Prison. Ele fez o Bill usar seu poder de carry para sofrer 1 de dano. Eu rolei bem com o Fausto então ele não podia fazer nada além de Close Combat actions, e passou. Ele rolou bem com o Fausto mas não podia usar pois ele não podia fazer free actions. No próximo turno eu rolei outro bom poder com Fausto e acertei o Fantomex com o Fausto e fiz Pulse Wave no Fausto dele com a fantomex para matar o fausto dele, e ambos levaram dano do Energy Explosion, da Fenix Force e mataram o Bill. Nesse ponto eu comecei a me sentir confiante. Então ele fez o EVA Usar a ação que ele podia, para colocar m constructo no EVA, assim ele ganhou support e usou o Heart of Compassion do Proselyte para curar o Fantomex para o click 2. No próximo turno eu não rolei bem o Felix Faust e tinha que limpar.Ele escolheu Pulse Wave com Proselyte e acertou um Pulse Wave na minha Spiral a deixou no ultimo click. Nesse momento comecei a me arrepender de estar confiante. I posso estar pulando alguns turnos aqui, mas eu colei o Loki no Fantomex dele. Ele matou o Loki, então eu esforcei a Spiral para a morte para fazer Pulse Wave( Que ela tinha da Phoenix Force) no Fantomex, então eu rolei um critical hit e o matei e ganhei o jogo tendo apenas o Felix Faust na mesa. Definitivamente um dos mais divertidos e difíceis jogos que já tive contra um dos melhores jogadores do mundo.
   
9.       Do you have plans to come to Brazil?
   Você tem planos para vir para o Brasil?
   
   I have no current plans, but I would love to visit some time and if I ever get the opportunity I will certainly take it!
   
   PT: Eu não tenho planos no momento, mas eu adoraria visitar algum dia e se eu tiver a oportunidade sem duvidas eu irei!
    
10.      Do you have any favorite figure?
    Você tem alguma peça favorita?
    
    Spiral from Wolverine and the X-Men. I won worlds with her, she’s fun to play, underrated, and fits my style. Also love her as a character and love her sculpt.
    
    PT: Spiral da coleção Wolverine and the X-men. Eu ganhei o mundial com ela, ela é divertida de jogar, subestimada, e se encaixa no meu estilo. Também adoro ela como personagem e adoro a escultura dela.
    
11.      What you Think of the current meta?
    Oque você acha do meta atual?
    
     I love it. It’s very diverse with tons of viable options. Especially compared to 2013 or 2011 where one figure completely dominated (Ghost Rider and Metron respectively). The watchlist does a great job at trying to keep balance.
    
    PT: Eu amo! É muito diverso com toneladas de opções viaveis. Especialmente quando comparado com 2013 ou 2011 ond apenas uma figura dominava o jogo todo( Ghost Rider e Metron respectivamente). A watchlist faz um grande trabalho tentando manter a balanço.
    
12.      If you can change one rule(or power effect) in heroclix, what would it be?
    Se você pudesse mudar uma regra( ou efeito de poder) no heroclix, qual seria?
    
      I would change how knockback works so that it would come after the attack (so even if you were Pulse Waved, you could still use your reducers o flight, or you could pick a new reducer from your entity)
    
    PT: Eu mudaria a regra de como o Knockback funciona, para ele ser depois do ataque (Então mesmo se você levasse um Pulse Wave, você ainda poderia usar redutores, flight ou poderia pegar um redutor da entidade).
    
13.    If you can design the next heroclix set, what teams/theme/story would you lean towards?
    Se você pudesse escolher qual seria o próximo set de heroclix( tema, times, história) qual seria?
    
      Fantastic Four. I know the reason they can’t be clixed right now, but it’s been so long since we’ve had real Fantastic Four figures, and I love the characters. Would also include Daydreamers (Franklin Richards, Man-Thing, Leech, Artie Maddicks, Tana Nile, Howard the Duck)
    
    PT: Quarteto Fantástico, Eu sei o motivo deles não poderem sair em peças agora, mas faz tanto tempo que tivemos figuras reais do Quarteto Fantástico, e eu amo os personagens! Também incluiria os Daydreamers( Franklin Richards, Man-Thing, Leech, Artie Maddicks, Tana Nile, Howard the Duck).
    
    
14.     If you can bring back one Golden Age character back to Modern Age for the current rotation, who would it be?
    Se você pudesse trazer de volta alguma peça do Golden Age qual seria? 
    
    Brother Voodoo. He was broken in his prime, but I think now with more counters to Mind Control (Nighthawk, 3D-Man, Orange battery) and with almost no viable Mind Control figures in the meta, I think he would fit in nicely.
    
    PT: Brother Voodoo. Ele era quebrando na sua versão prime, mas eu acho que agora ele teria mais counters para seu mind control( Nighthawk, 3D-Man, Bateria Laranja) e com praticamente nenhuma peça viavel com mind control no formado, ele teria seu espaço.
     
15.       Any advice for the new players?
     Algum conselho para os novos jogadores?
    
    Play in as many tournaments as possible! Meeting other players and playing different teams in different environments not only helps you grow as a player, but it supports the game as well. Plus the community as a whole is very nice, it’s always good to meet new players
    
    PT: Jogue quantos torneios for possível! Encontre outros jogadores e jogue diferentes times em diferentes ambientes, não apenas ajuda você a crescer como jogador, mas ajuda o jogo em si.  Fora que a comunidade como um todo é algo muito bom, é sempre bom conhecer novos jogadores.
